All orders are inclusive of delivery and can be delivered to a physical home or business address within Australia.
Currently, we do not offer delivery outside of the Australia.

Delivery Options:
All orders are delivered via courier or post. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order. we normally deliver all orders within 1-2 business days from the time the order is received. A business day is considered to be monday through Friday, not including holidays.

Return Policy:

Guarantee: chic skin care clinic’s products are 100% guaranteed. if for any reason within the first 21-days of purchase you are not completely satisfied, please return it and we will exchange it or issue a refund without question. returns received after 1 month will not be processed. (Please be aware this 21-day return policy is applicable to online purchases only. in-store purchases may have a different return policy, which is posted in each store.)

Returning a gift:
if you are returning a gift you have received, we will issue the refund directly to you in the form of an online store credit providing it is within the first 21-days of purchase.
